How to Be A Good Mother

 

The most important quality any mother can have is self restraint.  Specifically, helping their children build confidence and learn skills by making mistakes.  This is a lot harder than it sounds.

My family and I travel by airplane many times a year for vacations. During our travels I have seen quite a range of accommodations and people in airports.  But why do so many people hate flying, and what should the airlines do to improve the overall experience?

My New Beginning

My need to always please everyone, all the time, has recently ended.  The summer of me has begun.

Embarrassing or Awkward Moment

One of my most embarrassing moments was when I was an adult.  I am sure we can all think of numerous childhood missteps, but those feel as uncomfortable as when I think back on them. Lets be honest, children are expected to make mistakes.  I think every family has one or two cute childhood faux pas that are stories that you repeat over and over again at family gatherings.
